JSC "Luga Abrasive Plant" is a modern diversified enterprise located in Luga, Leningrad region, that is one of the largest producers of abrasive tools in the world.
The plant produces a large variety of abrasive tools (cut-off wheels, grinding wheels, polishing wheels, snagging wheels and flap wheels, grinding segments and stones) for processing a wide range of materials and different equipment, also graphite and chamotte products (crucibles, muffles, etc.) intended for non-ferrous metals melting and casting. 

A clear strategy of production management aimed to the continual technical improvement of outputted products has made the plant one of the leaders of abrasive industry. The products of the plant are well known to our buyers both in Russia and abroad. Output products meet sanitary standards and requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union “About safety of machines and equipment” (TRCU 010/2011).  The plant is the member of the Federation of European Producers of Abrasives – FEPA. 

Since November 2001 the quality management system for compliance with the requirements of EN ISO 9001 has been developed, implemented and successfully operating in JSC "Luga Abrasive Plant". The system is maintained in working order thanks to the regular internal tests and annual inspection audit. Every three years there is a complete recertification of QMS (Quality management system) of JSC "Luga Abrasive Plant".

The last certificate of quality ISO EN 9001:2015 TUV AUSTRIA HELLAS №061610009862 was received on 20.11.2017 (it can be downloaded on the loadings page). The certificate confirms the legality of JSC "Luga Abrasive Plant" production in international market and expands opportunities of contracts conclusion. The certificate of quality system is a key factor when you choose a supplier and a necessary condition for a contract conclusion abroad. In terms of quality, getting a right to the ISO standards is the best guarantee that manufacturers can give to their clients.
